Lab Supervisor

Our client is currently looking for a Lab Supervisor

About our client:  Large consumer goods company.  State of the art facilities and lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities
The Lab Supervisor will hold a hands-on role that is split between performing bench chemistry testing methods. This individual will be responsible for dispersing the work to other members of the lab and for staying engaged and updated on the work of other lab technicians spread throughout the facility.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Degree

Experience:

May be a recent graduate with limited lab supervisory experience. The desired candidate will have recent experience with bench chem methods and at least an understanding of analytical chemistry testing such as using a HPLC or Mass Spec.

Detail orientated

Organized

Able to communicate effectively both verbally and electronically

Able to stand for long periods throughout the work day

Able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
