Event and Catering Group Staff Member

Prestige Technical is seeking an additional team member for an event planning group in Mason, OH. In this part-time role (Monday to Friday, 4pm-10:30), you will be responsible for working with session leaders to prepare the event spaces for their upcoming meetings or training sessions. Each event held presents a different set of supply and room layout requirements that need to be prepared for and set up. You and the team you work with will :

Understand in advance (working with Customer Success Lead) individual session needs to plan:

• Room and floor plan set-up and prep for sessions
• Prepare printing/supplies/prototyping carts logistics for teams as needed
• Fulfill session attendee requests day of – active problem-solving
• Food and beverage station set up and cleaning
• Ensure specialty meals get to the correct attendee
• Keep dining and catering kitchen space neat and clean
• Run dishwasher as needed and put away items washed
• Make popcorn a few afternoons a week. Schedule TBD
• Help with restocking snacks and paper items that serve the dining area
• Basic Tech Awareness (we will train)
• Team player and flow to the work
